Welcome to CHAARG Exec Training! We are so excited that you are an exec team leader of CHAARG at your university 🥰 As a CHAARG exec team leader, you are the leader of our movement. Less than 5% of members are able to be a CHAARG exec team leader, + we promise it is so worth the time ++ energy. ⚡️

Get ready to dive into training -- you should expect the online portion of training to take around 15 hours total. Outside of your online training, you'll also complete transition meetings with the outgoing + incoming team, a meeting with the outgoing person in your position, a New Team Workshop with your CLC, + a one-on-one meeting with your Ambassador! If you have any questions throughout training, please reach out to your CLC (you can reach her through the Slack workspace you'll be added to soon, or via your welcome email)!
