Welcome to CHAARG Exec Training! We are so excited that you are an exec team leader of CHAARG at your university π₯°Β As a CHAARG exec team leader, you are the leader of our movement. Less than 5% of members are able to be a CHAARG exec team leader, + we promise it is so worth the time ++ energy. β‘οΈ
Get ready to dive into training -- you should expect the online portion of training to take around 8-10 hours total. Outside of your online training, you'll also complete transition meetings with the outgoing + incoming team, a meeting with the outgoing person in your position, a New Team Workshop with your CLC, + a one-on-one meeting with your Ambassador!
